Know Before You Go for  Udaipur Mount Abu Tour Package

• Govt. Approved ID is mandatory for each guest at the time of booking, and also upon arrival. PAN card will not be considered as a valid address proof.
• All foreign nationals must share their passport and visa details at the time of booking, and also upon arrival.
• Children above 8 years of age will be considered as adults only. There are no charges for children below 8 years of age.
• Standard check in time at the hotels is 12 PM and check out time is 10 AM.
• Any deviation from the planned route of vehicle at customer’s request during the tour will be chargeable on per Km. basis.
• The Vehicle will be available only till 8 PM.
• Vehicles will be provided as per the group size.
• Personal expenses like portages, tips, laundry, mineral water etc. will not be accommodated in the package cost.
• Meals other than those specified are an exclusion to the package.
• Monument entry fee and camera charges are not included in the package.
• Any breakage or damage of any items at the hotels/resorts/camps will be charged at actuals.
• All international and domestic airfare, visa fees, airport tax, or any kind of insurance cover is not a part of the package.
• Hotels are subject to availability and if they are unavailable, guests will be accommodated in similar property.
• SHALLWEGOO reserves the right to rearrange the itinerary due to any kind of disturbances that might occur (i.e. severe weather conditions, political unrests or others).
• Any rescheduling/rearrangement of package due to circumstances beyond SHALLWEGOO’s control might invite additional charges for hotels and/or vehicle.
• In case a traveler wants to or decides to leave the trip in the middle, all the expenses from that point onwards will be borne by the traveler. Neither the operator nor SHALLWEGOO will be held responsible for such decisions or for any refund.
• GST is applicable to the package cost.
